Anna Williams Yonge

Anna is a litigation attorney based in Lexington, South Carolina, who represents clients in property disputes, probate administration, and other civil litigation.

Her work often involves conflicts between family members or neighbors—cases that can be as emotional as they are complex. She has guided clients through issues related to their homes, property boundaries, and inheritances. In addition to litigation, Anna offers estate planning services so clients can protect their assets and make their wishes clear, helping families avoid future disputes.

When a case can’t be resolved outside of court, Anna is ready to advocate for her clients in the courtroom. She has tried cases in magistrate, master-in-equity, and circuit courts throughout the Midlands, involving a broad range of issues—from serious criminal charges to surface water disputes. This experience gives her the ability to anticipate challenges, build strong evidence, and approach even the most contentious matters with composure and a clear plan for trial.

A South Carolina native, Anna grew up in Batesburg and graduated from Heathwood Hall Episcopal School before heading to Ohio to study chemistry at Kenyon College. She went on to earn a master’s degree in chemistry from the University of Georgia, then returned to South Carolina to attend the University of South Carolina School of Law.

Outside of work, Anna enjoys spending time with her husband, Jason, and their children, reading, and volunteering with local nonprofits.
