Ben is a criminal defense attorney based in Lexington, South Carolina, who has been protecting his clients’ rights in courtrooms across the state for nearly 20 years. He represents clients in both state and federal courts, handling cases ranging from misdemeanors to serious felonies. He also assists clients seeking pardons and post-conviction relief.

Originally from Florida, Ben earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and his law degree from the University of Richmond School of Law. After law school, he moved to Lexington with his wife, Sarah, where their three children were born and raised. Outside of work, Ben enjoys traveling, boating on Lake Murray, and cheering on the Florida Gators.
