Jason Yonge
Jason is a litigation attorney based in Lexington, South Carolina, who guides clients through some of the most challenging moments of their lives. He focuses on serious personal injury, car accident, and wrongful death cases, and also represents local individuals and small businesses in contract disputes and other civil litigation.
He has advocated for clients at trial, on appeal, and before the South Carolina Supreme Court, giving him the perspective to navigate every stage of a case from beginning to end. While he is always prepared for trial, Jason understands that many clients are best served by resolving their case outside the courtroom. When possible, he works to negotiate fair settlements that protect his clients’ interests and spare them the unnecessary stress of litigation.
Raised in Lexington, Jason graduated from Lexington High School before attending the College of Charleston and the University of South Carolina School of Law. He returned to Lexington after law school, where he lives with his wife, Anna, and their children. Outside the office, Jason enjoys chess, soccer, cooking, and spending time with family.
