Robert "Theo" Williams Sr.

For nearly 50 years, Theo has been a steady presence in South Carolina courtrooms. He has tried hundreds of cases across the state, defending clients against charges ranging from minor traffic offenses to the most serious felonies. In every case, he stands beside his clients, protecting their rights and ensuring they are treated fairly.

A native South Carolinian, Theo grew up in Cayce and graduated from Airport High School before attending Clemson University. At his college graduation, he received his commission as a Lieutenant in the United States Army, serving as an Infantry Officer. He then went on to earn his law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law.

Outside the courtroom, Theo enjoys golf, history, and Clemson Tigers football. Most of all, he cherishes the time he gets to spend with his wife, children, and grandchildren.
